Kale Chips

However much kale you want! (Preferably organic if possible)

  • Preheat oven to 350 F/177 C
  • Thoroughly wash AND DRY kale (drying prevents sogginess)
  • Remove leaves from stems
  • Put leaves in a bowl, pour in some coconut oil, sprinkle in some sea salt, put a lid on, SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE until all coated
  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  • Arrange leaves so they are not touching
  • I find baking for about 8-10 minutes is perfect!
