However much kale you want! (Preferably organic if possible)
- Preheat oven to 350 F/177 C
- Thoroughly wash AND DRY kale (drying prevents sogginess)
- Remove leaves from stems
- Put leaves in a bowl, pour in some coconut oil, sprinkle in some sea salt, put a lid on, SHAKE, SHAKE, SHAKE until all coated
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper
- Arrange leaves so they are not touching
- I find baking for about 8-10 minutes is perfect!
